Hello @arthurideclap33,
If I understood correctly, you are using our WooCommerce integration to attache subscription plans to WooCommerce products.
This should be the reason why payments do not appear on our side (Paid Member Subscriptions -> Payments section) because using the WooCommerce integration, all of the payments and checkout are handled by their plugin.
When it comes to the Paid Member Subscriptions -> Members section, you should be able to search for this user -> hover over their name -> click on edit -> in the Subscriptions Section see all of the users subscriptions (active/expired/abandoned/etc..) Is this what you meant by the user not existing? Can you not find the user by searching for them in the members section?
Furthermore, could you please send me a screenshot of your Plugins page at Dashboard -> Plugins -> Installed Plugins? Please make sure that all of your plugins as well as their versions are visible.

To make sure there is no content restriction on your page, you will need to:- Ensure that nothing is checked in the Content Restriction Meta box found at your Dashboard -> Pages -> edit the target page -> scroll down until you see the meta box.
- Make sure you do not use the [pms-restrict] shortcode anywhere on the page.
You can read more about this here: https://www.cozmoslabs.com/docs/paid-member-subscriptions/content-restriction/
Hello @zanax,
While this is currently not possible, I have added your request to our features request list. This means that it might be implemented in a future version of our plugin. Unfortunately I cannot provide you with an estimate as to when this might be.Hello @mrcase,
Do you by any chance have a clone of this website? Maybe one that is being used as a staging website?Hello @webmestrecgdt,
Thank you for your kind words and review!Hello @stclare,
We have two features that can help with preventing spam registrations:
- reCAPTCHA functionality found in Paid Member Subscriptions -> Settings -> Misc -> reCAPTCHA. You can read more about this here. (but you mentioned that you are already using this)
- Honeypot field. Found in Paid Member Subscriptions -> Settings -> Misc -> Others -> Honeypot Field. You can read more about this here.
Hello @jeanfauconnet,
I would like to ask you to conduct a conflict test.Briefly* disable all other plugins and enable the default WordPress Twenty-Twenty-Five theme. Please also disable all add-ons. If this fixes the problem, enable everything one by one, checking each time to see when the problem returns.
Important: Please do the conflict test on a test site, not on the live site.
You mentioned disabling plugins to test if that changed anything. If you were referring to a conflict test, similar to the one I asked you to do above, there is no need to repeat the conflict test. In this case, I would like to ask you if you are using any caching solutions? (This could be a specific plugin or a feature provided by your host)Hello @sxtxnxs,
We are not allowed to talk about the paid plugins here. If you wish to have this conversation, please contact us at https://www.cozmoslabs.com/support/open-ticket/Hello @barbarabrennan,
The error message “You are not allowed to do this” is most likely caused by having a caching issue either from a separate plugin or a caching solution provided by your host. You will probably be able to solve the issue by excluding all the pages created with our shortcodes from the cache.
Hello @jeanfauconnet,
I have tested this on a local instance and everything seems to work correctly.
Could you please send me a screenshot of the page at Dashboard -> Plugins -> Installed Plugins? Please make sure that all of your plugins as well as their versions are clearly visible.

I would like to ask you to navigate to your Dashboard -> Paid Member Subscriptions -> Settings -> Content Restriction -> enable Include restricted Posts in Queries.Let me know if this has solved your issue.
Hello @luke666,
