After doing a brief investigation and after could not send any message to technical support, you came to these conclusions:
- Support webpage of this plugin needs to be more easy. It’s good to have FAQ’s and docs to see typical problems but there are a lot of steps to access support form
- The plugin “Clearfy” can cause an incompatibility if one of the options of this plugin, called “Remove REST API Links”, is activated
I mark this post to “resolved” and i wait developers will include this into their docs and FAQs

Hello
In this web there are only links to FAQs and docs and button “submit request” said that insert some words to work but do nothing
Please i need help. I saw all docs anf faqs but there are nothing about my problem
