I did, and they told me to contact you because the problem, as you can see from the printscreen, is in the plugin.
I have deactivated all the plugins and that does not change anything. As for switching the default theme, it would probably work correctly if I did that, since the conflict is probably with the existing theme. My question is, how do I fix the conflict?
