In reply to: [WooCommerce] Orders Stuck on Pending PaymentAll of a sudden, things seem to be working normally again! I am not sure what, if anything, has changed. I have not done anything differently.
I will mark this as Resolved for now and reopen it if the problem returns.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Orders Stuck on Pending PaymentThank you for your reply.
At this time, I have a promotion going on where customers get a free download, so the order total is $0. Since the issue began, I have not received any orders greater than $0, which is unusual, but that could be another issue. So to answer your question, no, I have not received funds because there are none to receive.
I would be very happy to share my site’s System Status with you, but I would prefer not to paste it here. Is there a way I can share this with you privately?
Thanks for the information about Hold Stock. I understood that I could disable the cancel feature while still having stock management enabled. It is not really a feature I use, so I just disabled the whole thing for now.
Here is a screenshot of one of the orders that is stuck: https://zenplr.com/wp-content/uploads/Order-Stuck-in-Pending.png
Some additional information you might need to know:
I rolled back my WC version to 4.3.3, but I noticed in the System Status that the database version is still 4.4.1. Could this issue be related to something in the database?Hi, Kento.
Actually, I have not found the answer yet.
Thank you for taking the time to reply, but this does not solve the problem.
I was aware that existing users can join the affiliate program without signing up again, but that is where the problem lies.
I have an application process for affiliates, which includes required information I need to know before I can approve them. If their initial sign up is as an affiliate, then there is no problem. However, if they are an existing user, they bypass the affiliate sign up form, and I end up having to email them to ask for the additional information and wait for them to reply.
I want to avoid these additional steps by requiring all affiliates to sign up for the affiliate program regardless of whether or not they are existing users. Is this possible?
Thanks again, Kento, for your time. If you have (or anyone else has) any additional insight, I would love to hear it.

In reply to: [Affiliates] Remote Domains/Linking SitesThanks for the information.
I did as you said and made sure every click on the affiliate link on zzz links to yyy. To accomplish this, I set up a page for each affiliate on zzz and made sure all the links pointed to the affiliate’s ID on yyy.
I only have a few affiliates right now, so setting up individual pages did not take up too much time or space.
Thanks for telling me about coupons. I will look into it.
Kind regards!
