Could you please verify if you are currently utilizing our plugin, “Easy Cloudflare Turnstile“? Based on the screenshot you shared, it appears that the displayed dashboard does not match ours.
Kindly get in touch with the plugin you are currently using. If you are using our plugin, make sure to configure it as per our provided instructions, and it should function properly.
If you are using the Youzify plugin with BuddyPress then you must ensure that you have enabled the BuddyPress integration of Easy Cloudflare turnstile then the issue should be resolved.
Once you install the plugin on your “Main Network” website, it will be automatically activated on all child sites. However, you will need to activate each site individually using the corresponding “Site Key” and “Secret Key” keys. This step is essential to ensure that the plugin functions correctly on all the sites.
