In reply to: [Search Everything] Excluded pages not found in WordPress page searchAny replies to this? I’m having the same problem and unfortunately it makes your plugin unusable for me. I have over 2000 pages on my site and I need search functionality on the back-end. Your plugin seems to work really well otherwise. Is there a setting that we’re missing?
Thanks, I’ll give that a shot.
Thanks Marcus. I would prefer to do it with CSS, but I haven’t been able to successfully hide it yet. Do you know what css would hide that entire form, but leave the initial checkbox? I’m stumped. Thanks again.
OK, thanks Marcus. I’ll look into that.
Thanks Marcus. I would do that in the functions.php file, correct? I’m not a great php programmer, but I’ll try to make sense of your code.
Thanks again.
Thanks. I read that post, but it looks like that would remove the entire tab, which I don’t want. I just want to remove the location link from “My Events”, but I want to leave the event itself in tact. Also, I want to leave the “events I’m attending” in tact. I only want to get rid of the location or turn it into text instead of a link. Do you have any other ideas?
Thanks. Yes, I have it in single ticket mode which is good for everyone except the person creating the event. The creators have a ton of options I need to get rid of. Is this the normal behavior?
If so, I’ll check out the templates and try to modify it. Thanks.
Yes, I’ve tried that. My theme is working perfectly with all of my other plugins. The problem disappears when I disable “Events Manager, so I’m assuming it’s trying to overwrite or utilize the “Reviews”. I’m not really sure, but it’s very specific to “Reviews” and not “Pages” or “Posts”. Any ideas?
Hi,
That post seems to be about the admin bar, but I’m not using that admin bar.
The problem I’m having is with the profile tabs. The tab is Events/My Profile. Do you have any other ideas or will this also work with the profile tabs? Thanks.
Thanks Marcus. Yeah, I went wild with the css mods, but I think I’ll give it another shot. It’s just hard to isolate the problem and I know it’s referring to tinymce which I hear could cause a js clash with events manager. I know that it’s being themed pretty heavilly, but I think the theme’s css is being overruled in this case. I’ll do a js check though. Thanks for the advice.
Thanks Marcus. That’s helpful.
Thanks for the replies. I’m going to investigate the info you suggested and I’ll be back if I run into problems. I think you may have answered my question though. I’ll post my other questions separately…
