 * Thanks for your timely reply! A quick followup:
 * 1) Great, we can get the functionality we need from existing features.
 * 2) If we wanted to add 2% or 2.5% or 3% (or whatever) as an optional payment 
   for the user, we wouldn’t have to have the gateway support that you are talking
   about. We would receive the entire amount from the gateway folks, then we could
   on our own subtract the x% from what we received and use that amount to pay the
   gateway. Does this make sense to you? Is it something we can manage to do with
   your current features / functionality? Or would we just have to do without for
   now?
