I checked it with the plugin. As it looks like, the issue is happening later on the server, because in the logfile there is written, that 193 emails were sent.
Do you have any idea what I can check now? Do I need to get in contact with my hoster?
Yes, there are 197 registered subscribers and behind every category there is written 193. I’ve got a few who don’t want the automatic emails.

1) The registered subscribers don’t have access to their profiles, they all have the same adjustments.
2) There are just registered subscribers no public subsribers.
I really don’t have any idea, where or what the problem could be.
