 * Bascially for this I’d need to know how to dynamically generate the nicescroll
   through jquery/javascript.

 * I want users to be able to search for and refer in their comments to items in
the Zotero bibliography. Right now this functionality exists only for the back
end (as a site admin I can use the Zotpress widget on my WordPress control panel)
but as far as I can see this service is not available for front end input by
   users.
 * To give a specific example, say a user wants to make a comment referencing “Bas
Van Fraassen (1980), The Scientific Image, Oxford, Clarendon Press”. Ideally
the user could search for the shortcode of this entry in the bibliography and
then use that shortcode every time when referencing that entry, instead of having
to type the entire bibliographical reference every time.
