@lundifourie unfortunately, no. We tested on CRMPerks’ site and saw the same issue when adding a “new” lead. I was told by a third-party that it’s possible it’s the workflows within Salesforce (and the response time). I agree with CRMPerks’ assessment that it isn’t their plugin, because when we resubmit a duplicate entry, the form submits instantly.
it is your server’s issue , why it takes too long time for connecting to salesforce normally a feed takes less than a second are you using API or web2lead
We are using the API method. Could you be more specific as to what could be the server issue? Or at least what we should be checking? We’re on a VPS and don’t have issues with anything else that I’m aware of.
