We have checked this issue and it seems like it is not related to our plugin as the error is related to the get_current_page function.
We have not used this function and it is not a part of WordPress core files.Can you please confirm if you are getting the same error on other pages?
We can still check if it is due to some conflict and make things work for you.

Can you please confirm if you are talking about the 2fa window after the login screen?
There might be some issue in fetching the CSS of the page. Hence there is no styling appearing on that page.
If that’s not the case, can you please attach a screenshot of your page for our reference so that it would be easy to understand and debug the issue?
Also, it might be due to the CSS is conflicting with any other plugin or theme, so it would be best to check this over a call.
Can you please raise a support ticket from the plugin?

Currently we block the user based on his IP address for a period specified by the administrator.
Could you please confirm if you want to disable the user after failed login attempts and allow him to log in successfully only after resetting the password?

You can check the option mo_wpns_enable_brute_force in database. It should be set to “on“.
Also, you can check the option mo_wpns_allwed_login_attempts for no. of login attempts.

Our Premium version of this plugin costs $29.
It includes features such as Deep scan, Scheduled scan and Email report.
The deep scan scans your main home page first and then all of their subsequent child pages.
There is no limit to check links in the free version. The free version only scans custom posts and links.
