yes that is correct.
if you would like to create an account on my test site.
http://www.mistatee.co.uk I will send you the zip file that we receive from an order you make.
my site is not live yet and its set so you don’t have to pay money to make an order.
but you will see exactly what files we get in the back end.
this link is the best as it’s a sublimation mug https://www.mistatee.co.uk/index.php/product/white-mug/?zdesign=new&ztmp_prefix_add-to-cart=78&_wp_http_referer=https://www.mistatee.co.uk/

In reply to: undefined function trailingslashitThis was the support reply/.. in case anyone has a similar issue.
“In relation to the PHP issues with MySQL I have re-set the ‘westmidl’ to the default PHP modules for the selected PHP v7.4 since I noticed it had quite a few modules missing.”

In reply to: undefined function trailingslashitWell yes it’s working so thanks for looking at thread.
I was having terrible problems connecting via FTP to replace the wp-includes folder. So I asked my hosts what was wrong.
I finally managed to get 1 of the 3 ftp programs to connect. While that was happening I uploaded the folder but now I got a different error . (About sql missing)
I found reference to that error but what I did looked like it had not solved it.While I was doing this my hosts had noticed something wrong with php files and restored them.
Now it worked OK.
But not sure what fixed it…..although I suspect it was what tech support actually did that solved it.Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: undefined function trailingslashitwell just to update things I have now managed to upload the complete folder wp-includes but it now comes up with Your PHP installation appears to be missing the MySQL extension which is required by WordPress.
so I am stuck even more now. 🙁

In reply to: [Zakeke Interactive Product Designer for WooCommerce] Not for GermanyCould you explain more about Google fonts etc?
I use zakeke and I knew exactly what it cost before I downloaded anything.
I have not seen advertising that you describe.
I actually agree with you in that I dislike adverts that go on and on and on and then want you to send your details before they disclose the price. But this is not my experience with zakeke.I agree. It’s one thing it really needs is a test purchase so you can test what files are coming through and how you deal with them in the backend.
Surely it’s not beyond the authors to implement this??
Hi. I had this problem when I first got zakeke.
Although support can assist in my case I needed to see the files in the backend after using the front end…..this was not possible at the time.
I have a test site at http://www.mistatee.co.uk you are welcome to test….it’s not flash or well designed it’s not active other than it works for me to test.
I can send you the files that are created when you design and purchase a mug for example.
The site does not charge you as I only have cash on collection set up for now. But it helped me get my head round what the customer sees and the files I have to work with to produce what they have designed.
Hope this helps

In reply to: [Zakeke Interactive Product Designer for WooCommerce] Stay far away from thisWhy on earth would you say that unless you are a competitor?
Nothing is free it’s either paid for via advertising or cold hard cash.
https://www.zakeke.com/pricing/?gclid=Cj0KCQjwho7rBRDxARIsAJ5nhFpBNbZbxYEgqDNH_-3B1B1AFoVcR3jiJZj8iDn6Y4WV7hT3FjQOxCkaArTaEALw_wcB#tab-1555969937102-4-7Is clear enough on pricing……
I spent 3 years as admin on the Open T shirt website and was not even given the decency of being told it had been sold and the new owner promptly scrapped the site.
To be fair it was no loss as it never worked correctly as it was free……after a year of looking and testing most things out there I found Zakeke and whilst it’s not easy at my age to learn new things the backend is the only one I found works for me.
I can actually let a customer design their own item and print it using the artwork it creates….As for giving it 1 star for it not being free that is totally unfair. IMHO.
I am still getting the same error and zakeke are saying the REST API is not working on my store but I am unsure how to fix it?? Any one have any suggestions..
did you ever solve what your problem was? I am having exactly the same error message>
