I am very sorry to hear about your disappointment.
Development of this plugin took us 3 years and we did tons of work to make this plugin useful for WordPress community.

For now, Demo version allows to see almost all features of plugin, however to get fully functional version you will need to upgrade to paid version (plugin description explains that clearly)

Also printing labels from browser (in most cases) requires proper printer configuration which we help to do via our support with using Zoom/TeamViewer. So, without paid support some users with unique printers could not configure printer and make it work.

I hope you will find good free solution for your case.

We developed the Digital Barcode plugin which supports displaying barcodes on product frontend and backend page, on orders, order emails, and allows embedding barcodes to any page, content with using shortcodes.
