Have done a test with multiple dummy “ users”, and in a small environment, it worked. Was wondering if anyone else had scaled such a project. I know of one site that does something similar with a different topic, but they have the text emailed to a group of reviewers, they screen/adjust, then if applicable, they will post it (old early Yahoo style screening). I am trying to avoid as many human interactions as possible. Might be impractical, I am not sure. * Good point on customizing for my application. I am hoping to not to have-to get“ fiddly” with it right from the jump. My goal is to roll in slowly, take the bumps that are sure to arise, and adjust. “My focus” needs to be on getting buy-in and not learning code. * BBPress. For sure I will ask this same question in their forum. I wanted to start here, because in “my mind” WordPress is the base which I am building up from. The BBPress documentation that I have found so far is pretty basic. Not what i was looking, but….. * FINALLY got a host tech person that stuck it out with me, the first few kept telling me there was nothing wrong 😅. Had a multi part “concern” on their end. Tried everything on my end, those did not work. Dealing with host is taking awhile 😅. * 2 – Thanks for the text editor info. Glad it’s not just me. * 3 – After trail and error, I found that the post page title is being inserted by my theme. I still have no idea WHERE it is getting the text from, but regardless. I decided to just go into the theme and disable title and breadcrumbs. All are related to the original post, so i will keep going here. * 1 – When i go to post, add new post, edit with elementor, sometimes, (often), i get the error popup “the preview could not be loaded. Not found 404”. Choosing safe mode does not help. The link to the help file does not mention “sometimes it doens’t work”. I have disabled all plugins (except elementor) and that did not help, (they have been reactivated). * 2 – IF i can get past the edit with elementor choice, i CAN chose one of my templates to create a post. My question here is, is there a better choice for a text block? Currently i am using the Text Editor and it seems to get quite funky with displaying text if i insert a lot of text. * 3 – On ALL of my blog post, at the top left under my logo is the words “Blog – Latest News”. I realize this is where the page title shows up. I do not have a page by that title. I DID use this wording for a blog category in the past, but have deleted it. WHERE is it being pulled from now, and how can i prevent that line of text from showing up in the future? My intentions, and correct me if i am going down the wrong path, is to stop listing, say, attractions on a singular page, and start listing them as a blog post. Actually, most everything as blog post with different categories. All images are set at 300×300 in those inner sections. Inserting inner section (four of those), then adding an image to each inner section. Then adding a Heading text Field below each image. If I am reading them correctly, there is no way to TOTALLY remove the “subscribe to calendar” button from everywhere. This is a show stopper for me, because I don’t want to put in the hard work of listing events just to have other folks harvest the listings and auto populate their calendars. * I am using version 5.14.0.3 of the events calendar. * Elementor is my page builder. * Enfold is my theme.
