Now I clicked on the apps and pressed update and now I can’t rvrn get to my website…. ugh

Are you able to take a look (if you’re an expert at this)?I plug in 2 different product Id’s (64 and 65 – one I test, then the other ), and both pull up only the product on 64….
Thank you for thinking of this with me. However, I have used the short code in my original post and it is just the product number that isn’t pulling correctly. I have done the other steps you’ve mentioned.
