Hello @ruzvolt9379992,
Thank you for reaching out.
The image from version 5.2.2 is not accessible on our end. Could you please share the screenshot again so we can compare it with current version?
Best regards,
Nafiz | Kirki Support TeamHello @semibsul,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand your frustration and appreciate the time you invested in testing Kirki. Please also note that our response time was impacted by the weekend, which is why some replies took longer than usual.
After reviewing the reported issues, we were unable to reproduce several of them on our end, which suggests that some of the issues are specific to your site’s environment or configuration. Our team is actively investigating your reports and working through the details you provided. Since you requested a refund while our investigation was ongoing, we have prioritized your refund request and proceeded with it. The refund will be returned to your original payment method and should be reflected according to your payment provider’s processing timeline.
Best regards,
Nafiz | Kirki Support TeamHello @ibrahimsalmanli123,
Could you please confirm whether you followed the workaround instructions shared in my previous response? Let me know the result after applying it.
Hello @b-summers,
Thank you for your feedback. You are correct that Tutor LMS is designed to work with native WordPress registration system, which requires that option to remain enabled for function properly. Some plugins, such as WooCommerce, use a more customized registration flow, but at this time, Tutor LMS follows standard WordPress registration structure and does not support an alternative registration system.
Hello @ispacecrusader ,
Thanks for narrowing this down so thoroughly. Your observation is reasonable. Since the issue reappears after WPML rewrites the
.htaccessfile, it suggests a permalink rewrite conflict. We will review this internally and investigate what to do in this scenario.Hello @benmyhre,
Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
Could you please try deactivating Kirki plugin and then activating it again? This should resolve the permission issue.
Let me know how it goes.
Best regards,
Nafiz | Kirki Support TeamHello @transformpsy,
Thank you for sharing the screenshots. It looks like dashboard page slug may have been changed, which can cause dashboard menu to stop working properly. Please try flushing permalink structure by navigating to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks and simply clicking Save Changes without modifying anything. After that, please check.
Let me know how it goes.
Hello @b-summers,
We can not guarantee compatibility with third party plugins. As an alternative, you can use Fraud Protection feature available in Tutor LMS, which helps reduce spam registrations. Please note that this feature is available in Tutor LMS Pro. You can find more details here: https://docs.themeum.com/tutor-lms/settings/authentication/#fraud-protection
Hello @ibrahimsalmanli123,
At the moment, I do not have enough information to confirm the release timeline for permanent fix. However, I can provide a temporary workaround that should resolve the issue for now. Please copy the code from the link below and replace following file:
wp-content/plugins/tutor-lms-elementor-addons/includes/addons/CourseCategories.phpHello @iconicbits,
Please note that themes will not be included in free version. This feature will be available in pro version of Tutor LMS.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Best regards,
Nafiz | Tutor LMS Support TeamHello @ibrahimsalmanli123,

Thank you for reporting this.
Could you please try flushing/purging all caches first and then check again? Sometimes old cached data can cause unexpected logic issues.
Let me know the results.
Best regards,
Nafiz | Kirki Support TeamHello @giannisdigitup,
Could you please test with only Kirki plugin and customizer supported default WordPress theme?
Let me know the results.
Hello @giannisdigitup,
Thank you for the update. After deactivating caching plugin, could you please confirm if the issue still appears?
Hello @giannisdigitup,
Thanks for sharing the information.
We have tested the latest version on our end and issue is not reproducible. It appears to be environment specific rather than a bug in Kirki. Could you please try the following checks?
- Temporarily disable caching or minification and see if the issue disappears.
- Check the browser console/network tab to confirm that
wp-color-picker.jsis loading properly. - Test with only Kirki and default WordPress theme enabled. If the issue no longer occurs, another plugin or theme is likely causing a conflict.
Let me know how it goes.
