the pluging’s name is layer slider wp i got it when i downloaded enfold theme. Finally i decided to remove that widget because it were simply a image and zoom worked correctly.
By the way, if someone has the same problem, i discovered that clearing cache could be a solution. if you wanna keep the layerslider widget with the zoom widget you just have to avoid that the page saves on cache(i think it could solve the issue).
