1- For subscribe without comment : When the email address is entered and validated, then the page that appears contains the email subscription management (one under the tab notification).
2- The received mail contains a non-clickable link. If you copy / paste this link, you arrive on a page with the following message: “Woohaa the link to manage your subscriptions has expired, don’t worry, just enter your email below and a new link will be send.”
3- Same problem that describe before when people ask to manage their inscriptions on website.I sent you my website link yesterday, so you could test if you want. I will replace this pluggin version by the old one in few day (just let me know when your tests will be finish).

My theme is responsible : Onetone from MageeWP.
With mobile, when i want to subscribe without comment, nothing appear. (I use ‘real’ management page).
