In reply to: [Podcast Player - Your Podcasting Companion] Time Ticker is not workingHi @rvsolomonjr1 ,
I checked the webpage. The podcast player you are using is not our Podcast Player plugin. It is created by Jetpack’s podcast player. You can contact Jetpack team for this.
Please inform me for any more information or clarification on this.

In reply to: [Selfhost Podcasting - Create Podcasts Easily] Video from VideoPress site?Hi @chowardart ,
Just to update you that,
- I have resolved almost all of your mentioned issues with the plugin. You can check it.
- It seems you are currently using “Seriously Simple Podcasting” to create podcasts. We have an inbuilt easy migration feature in the plugin. On admin page, you should see a button “Migrate Existing Podcasts”, just click on it and select the podcast from the dropdown to migrate. It is a safe try before you actually move kind of feature. You can test it before actually letting the plugin take over the feed.
Inform me for any help or clarification on the above.
Thanks,

In reply to: [Selfhost Podcasting - Create Podcasts Easily] Video from VideoPress site?Hi @chowardart ,
I have just released a new update to resolve the specific videoPress video sound issue. Please update to the latest version and update the episode (you need to paste the videopress URL again in the episode and update it). It should work after that.
Please let me know if there are any issue in this.

In reply to: [Selfhost Podcasting - Create Podcasts Easily] Video from VideoPress site?HI @chowardart ,
The plugin earlier supported only audio podcasts, however, I have added support for video podcasts and videopress in the latest update. Please update to the latest version and try again. It should work. The preview screen will also play the video.
Please inform if there is any issue in this.

Hi,
I am closing this ticket for now. However, please inform me if you need any more help on this.

Hi there,
Thanks for trying the plugin.
There isn’t currently a shortcode parameter to limit hierarchical post types by depth/level, so there is no built-in attribute for “show only 1, 2, or 3 levels”.
As a workaround, you can:
- manually specify the exact items you want to show using pages for pages
- manually specify the exact items using post_ids for other post types
I will also check the possibility to add this feature in the future updates.
Thanks,

Hi there,
I am really sorry to not replied on this ticket. Is this issue still exist?
From your comments it is clear that the category excluder plugin is causing the issue. They may be preventing posts to be displayed on the page.
Please inform me for more help or investigation on this issue.
Again, sorry for not replying on this for so many days.

Hi @jamrs ,
I will surely help you to resolve this issue. I checked the page you shared above. I could not see any posts even on desktop screen. Can you please check if it is added correctly.
Also, if you temporarily disable this Category Excluder plugin, does the posts display properly?
