Hi @zozothemes
As I am checking the details, I noticed you mention that the “Elementor editor shows all content correctly” and “frontend design appears correctly”
The issue as you have shared is that “the normal WordPress backend editor, the page content is missing/blank”
Do you see an “Edit with Elementor” button at the place of WordPress content?
The content of the page is not supposed to show up in the WordPress editor. The page can either use the default WP editor or Elementor Editor. Therefore, the content of the page will show up in the Elementor Editor and show all the widgets and layout there but it is not possible to show all that in the WordPress editor.
Is there something I am missing here or is there any confusion regarding this? More details with screenshots and video would help clarify this further.
Hi @naielah

Hi @migaweb
Elementor Editor 4.1 Beta was released earlier. Due to an error the beta update was temporarily made available for all users, not just beta testers.
We identified and resolved the issue quickly, and released a patch for Elementor Core 4.0.8.
The 4.1 Beta release does not include breaking changes to core functionality, and existing sites should not be affected. However, we understand the concern this caused, especially for users whose sites may have updated automatically.
If you are concerned about running a beta version on your site, we recommend rolling back to a previous version of Elementor.
You can do this from your WP Admin by going to:
Elementor → Editor → Tools → Version Control
Then select the version at the top of the list under “Rollback Version” and click “Reinstall”.
You can also download a copy of Elementor Core 4.0.8 zip file and upload it manually.
For detailed rollback instructions, please follow this article:
https://elementor.com/help/rolling-back-to-a-previous-version-of-elementor/
For a direct link to the zip file, click here:
https://github.com/elementor/elementor/releases/download/4.0.8/elementor-4.0.8.zip
We take this incident seriously and are reviewing our release process to strengthen our safeguards and ensure beta versions are tested and delivered only through the intended channels.
Thank you for your patience and for holding us accountable.Hi @wijerama

ww.wp.xz.cn rules state that commercial products are not supported here.
Since you are an Elementor Pro user, you can open a support ticket at my.elementor.com
ref: https://elementor.com/help/how-to-submit-a-support-ticket/Could you also try on a staging site by disabling all plugins and changing the theme to be absolutely sure the issue is not due to a conflict.
We haven’t seen any issue similar to this with the Elementor version 3.35.7
Please share a video showcasing the issue so that we can get a better idea of how it shows up even when all the plugins are disabled and the theme has been changed.
Hi @deuce25

This can happen when there are some caching plugins active on the site or from the server side. The caching plugin should be configured to reset the cache in less than 24 hours.
There is a feature in Elementor with which the CSS files are recreated to keep the assets fresh and keep the page updated. The caching plugins that are storing cache for more than 24 hours would show this issue where the CSS files won’t be fetchable.
The configuration of caching plugin or server side caching should help with this.Hi @macvac

Hi @benny54
The issue should be resolved with the latest version of Elementor.
Please use a staging site – https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-staging/And then update the Elementor plugin, it should be resolved with the newer version of Elementor.
After trying on a staging site you can directly update the live site as well.
