The total below is correcet.
Hi @svenest, plugin support solved the problem:
“It seems “Estonian Shipping Methods for WooCommerce” doesn’t utilize WooCommerce shipping zones and thus shipping methods are not available by default in Conditional Shipping. Please see here how you can register and restrict these shipping methods: https://wooelements.com/guide/conditional-shipping-pro-guide/#elementor-toc__heading-anchor-4. It should work with both Free and Pro :).

I dont see Estonian Shipping methods in the list.
