thanks for the reply. No, not using any shortcode inside the posts, just using the code inside the functions.php.
As a shortcode on the functions.php, I’m using this:
$shortcode = ‘[related_posts_by_tax posts_per_page=”3″ format=”thumbnails” image_size=”medium” title=””]’;

which should be fine no?
