Well I reset my cache and it didn’t work. hen I reset my password and even thought the reset url never turned up in my email I was then able to get in again.

I recognise you as one of Glenn’s friends. There was no other plug in installed using the mailchimp, I don’t know what it was that was conflicting to be honest. Since I wasn’t getting any support in the end it was easier for me to custom code my own download box using the mailchimp embed code as a base and throwing it in a txt box on the sidebar.
Thanks for your help though, I appreciate it and understand that you guys have a lot on your plates.
