Sorry, in hindsight that was probably the wrong term. In-line as in a simple “insert picture into post”. So I want to convert the gallery of pics into stand-alone, individual pics.
My ultimate problem is I’m trying to switch my site to Squarespace. The export/import works great except that any WP gallery is not coming over to Squarespace. If I have stand-alone pics in a post or page they almost always import properly. Therefore, if I could simply convert my WP galleries to stand-alone pics I would be good to go. Unfortunately this does not seem to have a simple solution. Right now it looks like I would have to recreate everything from scratch, and simply delete the galleries.
jentagawa, sorry for the very slow reply. This became low on my priority list when I couldn’t figure it out, but you’re right! Photon seems to have been the issue the whole time. Once I disabled it the full width images were nice and clear, as expected. Thanks so much!
