I checked this product:

It looks like the item weight is currently set to 100kg, which exceeds the allowed shipping limits, so Australia Post is not returning any shipping options.
Please correct the product weight, then the shipping method should appear again at checkout.

At the moment, the only available option is to disable the Delivery Times feature. The delivery estimate is pulled directly from the Australia Post API, and the plugin doesn’t provide a way to edit or override that text.
I understand why this can cause confusion, and I will look into adding an option to include custom text around the delivery estimate in a future update.

Thanks for using our plugin.The Large Letter shipping option has never been available in the free version of the Royal Mail plugin, it is a feature exclusive to the Pro version. The free plugin only supports Small Parcel and Medium Parcel services.
If you need access to additional Royal Mail services such as Large Letter, you can check out the Pro version here:

Unfortunately, the plugin does not support renaming the shipping method label shown at checkout at the moment. You can only change the shipping method title.Forum: Plugins

Please update the plugin to the latest version 1.10.11. This update should fix the issue.We need to replicate the issue on the website so I can try to solve it. It is hard to do so without replicating the issue. Please let me know if there is anyway to replicate it.

I did not do any adjustments, the prices come directly from the Australia Post API. There must be something that was misconfigured.Forum: Plugins
