 * The extremely sparse replies to our questions in support disregarded our questions
   and gave no suggestions to act on. Nothing was said about increasing the h/w 
   settings, just that that the plugin was doing what it was supposed to do.
 * We certainly appreciate your reply which offers information we can work with.
   Thank you. Some simple instructions for the use of the plugin would be very helpful
   and would probably take care of most questions in the support cue. Please let
   me know if they exist and we’re just not finding them.
 * Looking back at our previous ticket, you said that Woocommerce was changing the
   way it works with images. Maybe that’s why the settings that have been working
   for 3 months suddenly stopped working?
 * Question on the restore function:
 * We were unable to get the images to restore until we set the max width/height
   to a very small setting. This seems to make the larger images fail to be watermarked
   and so they revert to the un-watermarked versions. This method is still leaving
   most of the horizontal thumbnails watermarked. And, we have to go through the
   whole site and refresh the pages to get rid of the “image size is more than settings”
   prompts. Can you suggest what we’re doing wrong here and what the proper way 
   to restore all images is?

 * Yes- the site’s been migrated and tweaked. No going back now. Disabling the firewall
   in admin does not work. It still looks to the sub-directory and throws the above
   prompt. Should I follow directions for uninstall? How do I reset it, or install
   Wordfence over again?

 * Thanks very much for your prompt reply. Of all the form plugins that you tried,
   is there one that you recommend over others?
 * Also- could you please clarify “set up to submit to a specific page with that
   same form on it”? I can make a page with the same form on it. How would I set
   up the popup form to submit to the page?
