In the case of uninstalling the plugin the tables should not remain. They may remain if you just delete, instead of uninstalling.
Have you uninstalled the plugin from this option?

The plugin uses Facebook API to get public data from Facebook. All the received data is cached in WordPress database for some short customizable period to provide optimization. You can delete or update cached data. You can optionally enable like button for Facebook page. If you do so, Facebook will load some JS and embedded content which may track visitors. Facebook embeds are regulated under terms of Facebook privacy policy .

Please see here.In the fronted it is visible only when it is added to the widget.

Please note that the restriction has not yet been removed. This restriction is coming from the Facebook not from the plugin. We do not have any authority to change this.

Please note that you can skip the step of providing the reason for deactivation and just uninstall the plugin. It is not required step.
