 * We’ve had the same issues with multiple client sites for months but couldn’t
   uncover the problem.
 * After discussing the issue with all parties involved: WP Engine, WooCommerce,
   and MailChimp, we learned directly from MailChimp that they DO NOT support sites
   hosted on WP Engine due to how WP Engine handles caching. Furthermore, they have
   no intention of resolving the issue. [@wi11](https://wordpress.org/support/users/wi11/)
   is 100% correct, and their post above was a breakthrough for us.
 * We currently use WP WooCommerce MailChimp by Saint Systems ([https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-mailchimp/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-mailchimp/))
   to replace the MailChimp for WooCommerce plugin by MailChimp.
 * In conversation with Saint Systems, they confirmed that their plugin works with
   WP Engine hosted sites. Here’s what they said.
 * > Our plugin works fine with WPEngine. That’s where our sites are hosted.
   >  However,
   > our plugin does not fully replace all eCommerce tracking functionality of the
   > Mailchimp for WooCommerce plugin. Our plugin is primarily designed for adding
   > customers to specific lists, tags, groups based on products purchased. We are
   > considering adding full eCommerce tracking support because of the issues many
   > customers have faced with the Mailchimp for WooCommerce plugin, but that would
   > be a future update.

 * Nevermind! I found it as a WordPress setting: [https://silicondales.com/tutorials/wordpress/reverse-date-order-of-woocommerce-reviews-show-newest-oldest-first/](https://silicondales.com/tutorials/wordpress/reverse-date-order-of-woocommerce-reviews-show-newest-oldest-first/)
 * WP Admin > Settings > Discussion
 * There is a line that reads “Comments should be displayed with the [Older] comments
   at the top of each page” – change the [Older] to [Newer] and hit “Save Changes”
   at the bottom of this settings page and you’ll have just reversed the order of
   your comments.

 * I disabled that toggle ([https://share.getcloudapp.com/04uApWKO](https://share.getcloudapp.com/04uApWKO)).
   Unfortunately, the problem is still occurring.

 * Hi Brecht,
 * Absolutely! Happy to share more details.
 * I’m supposed to be able to see more columns and an option to open the register
   on the back-end ([https://share.getcloudapp.com/NQuw8NvJ](https://share.getcloudapp.com/NQuw8NvJ)).
   This is how the POS hardware connects to the WooCommerce software. It’s a vital
   functionality.
 * However, when WPRM is active, the options aren’t available ([https://share.getcloudapp.com/4gu2ojGZ](https://share.getcloudapp.com/4gu2ojGZ)).
 * We found this out just by trial and error, testing for conflicts. Is there any
   more information that would be helpful?

 * [@jahirchowdhury](https://wordpress.org/support/users/jahirchowdhury/), I’m sorry
   for bothering you again but I seem to still be running into the same issue on
   Chrome, Safari, and Firefox.
 * The live page is here: [https://earthcruiser.com/vehicles/earthcruiser/](https://earthcruiser.com/vehicles/earthcruiser/)
 * You can see a screencast here: [https://share.getcloudapp.com/d5u1vb0b](https://share.getcloudapp.com/d5u1vb0b)
 * If select the full-screen viewport, it loads the image. If I close full-screen,
   it stays. But until I select full-screen, it won’t load.
 * Please advise. Thank you!

 * Thank you, [@jahirchowdhury](https://wordpress.org/support/users/jahirchowdhury/).
   I appreciate your response. It wasn’t working yesterday but maybe it was a caching
   issue. Looks like we’re good.
