 * This was not an auto-update bug. We ran a manual update, then discovered accessibility
   had gone.
 * I see you’ve now made some improvements having tested it on another site. I see
   you can revert to the old accessibility plugin – that’s better.
 * It would be good to be able to edit more than just the background colour.

    This plugin is great for functionality – when it works. Support for paid 
   Pro users is unfortunately non-existent. We’ve had no reply or even acknowledgement
   after 7 days, despite two follow ups. My suggestions are; Publish response times
   and acknowledge tickets Share other support questions to help users Publish a
   changelog and development plan
 * In the short term we are going to have to abandon using this plugin and move 
   to a competitor because we can’t function without a reliable plugin that is properly
   supported.
