The free GF Eway add-on can’t accept Apple Pay, due to limitations in the API used. The pro GF Eway add-on can use Eway’s Responsive Shared Page, where payment details are handled on Eway’s web server, and this can accept Apple Pay. Ask Eway to enable Apple Pay for your Eway account, and you can accept payments from the hosted payment page.
NB: the Responsive Shared Page can be used for processing single payments, but not recurring payments.

This plugin uses Direct Connection only. You might be best looking at the “official” Eway plugin if you want to use Eway with WooCommerce.

Thanks for the very detailed bug report. I’m away from my desk for large chunks of today, but I’ll get a fix released late today. In the meantime, I suggest you load the previous version which you can download from the Advanced tab on this website.

That fatal error is fixed in the latest dev release, which you can download and install from here:

However, I don’t think that’s what is giving you the ghost transactions.
Can you look at those transactions and see if they might be spam / automated fraud transactions? After looking at this for a bit, I think there might be an issue with entries picked up as spam by Gravity Forms but the transaction has already been processed. Just a hunch, would be good to get confirmation. If your form has a honeypot enabled (form settings), that might be it. If not, please let me know as there must be another avenue for this failure.

I reckon it’s still the Afterpay add-on, but frankly you have quite a lot going on there in the checkout and any one of those payment methods could be modifying the browser environment in any number of ways. I think you’d be better off using the “recommended” and “official” add-on for Eway, because it takes the customer away from that environment and builds a clean one for the Eway part of the transaction.

Please export the form as a .json file, and send me the file. I can then load it into my testbed and work through the problem.
Forms > Import/Export > Export Forms
Open a support ticket with me on my support form, and I’ll reply to you so that you can send me the exported file.

That sounds like an error happened after successfully posting the transaction to Eway, but before completing the GF entry. Can you check your server error logs please?

If you’re talking about emails from your website, that’s your domain configuration, and the email sender configured for your emails from the website. If you’re talking about emails from Eway itself, that’s Eway.
Neither are the concern of this plugin. This plugin does not manage email configuration.

Your site security settings may be blocking execution of scripts directly in plugin folders, so the plugin isn’t able to show you a recommended method for detecting HTTPS on your website.
