 * Same problem here. I tried Godaddy and faced this [http://prntscr.com/86ey0t](http://prntscr.com/86ey0t).
   I tried 1&1 but failed to proceed because of database error[unknown character
   set:utf8mb4]..
 * Is there any one got any solution?

   After completing registration neither vendor nor admin receive any email notification.
