Hi,
Can you give an example of an address the plugin cannot find? I can check the API response then.
Your feature request has been noted.

In reply to: [WebData Distance Based Fee for WooCommerce] Calculate on Billing adressHi,
I have added this feature now on plugin settings. Please update the plugin to version 1.1.7 and you can choose whether the shipping or billing address should be used.
Kim
Hi,
Thank you for your feedback, I am happy to hear you find the plugin useful 🙂
Currently only one logic for the fee can be used by the plugin, however there is a hook which allows users to create custom logics. So by this hook, you are able to create the logic you need.
If you are not familiar with coding, we also offer a custom coding service to our clients. Please visit our website for more info.

In reply to: [WebData Distance Based Fee for WooCommerce] km and miles wrong way round?WooCommerce’s add_fee() function uses session data, so if you do changes to the fee settings, you need to save WooCommerce shipping method settings once to update the session data.
I am happy to hear you got resolved your issue. Please let me know if you have any further issues.

In reply to: [WebData Distance Based Fee for WooCommerce] km and miles wrong way round?Hi,
I checked the docs, and it states that the values indeed are expressed only in meters.
I can add a custom formula to the next update which converts miles in kilometers, so you are able to add your fee then in miles as well.
Kim
Hi,
To show only flat rate to 8km is possible, but you cannot set up another shipping method to show up after the 8km. There is an update coming later to allow this feature, but I cannot give you an exact estimate when this update takes place.
Meanwhile try to find another plugin or consider hiring someone to do the necessary modifications.
Kim
Hi,
There are plugins for WooCommerce which allows you to customize the checkout fields. Use the WordPress plugin search to find suitable plugin for you.
And if user is logged in, WooCommerce will fill all the checkout fields automatically.
Kim
Yes, the latest update allows now you to disable the fee for virtual products.
Kim
Ok, I’ll try to bring the next update on Friday.
Kim
So you need a feature, that disables the fee if the product is virtual, is that right? I can add this feature to the next version.
Kim
You can disable the fixed fee at the settings. Choose if the condition is not met, the shipping method will be disabled.
Kim
Great to hear you got it working!
No, you don’t need to pay for the API usage, unless you make a huge amount of daily requests. And I mean really huge amount 🙂
Kim
You have not enabled the correct API. Try to enable following APIs:
Distance Matrix API
Places API for Web
Google Maps Geocoding APIKim
If you have already set up the fee at the plugin’s settings page, the plugin will display your fee at the WooCommerce’s checkout page, after the user has entered the shipping details.
