Are mp3 files the only format needed or are ogg files needed as well? I reached out to support. They finally checked their site and reported back that they can’t replicate the issue, but offered no suggestions for a solution. The administrator for the tour would announce instructions to parents, informing them to go to the site and create an account. Parents would be given a tour code to enter, which would allow them to view the tour page. * Let’s say each parent has to pay $300 for their trip. The administrator could say, “Hey Parents. Please sign up for the “Smokey Mountain Park Tour” by going to [http://www.thetourpage.com](http://www.thetourpage.com). You’ll need to first create an account. Be sure to use “shssmokey0914” for the tour code when you register. Once registered, you’d be given the option to pay.
