If that’s a paid-only theme unfortunately we can’t help. If it’s available on wp.org please let us know where we can download it.
It’s probably missing some hooks that were introduced after it was created. So, without those hooks our code doesn’t get added.Forum: Plugins

If the plugin is deactivating the only thing that can still be causing the redirect is cache, or some other piece of code. Once the plugin is deactivated there’s simply no way for it to affect the site.
