It has to be a compatibility issue with some other plugin. Please try disabling other plugins and see if the field becomes visible.

Yes, I see. Unfortunately some other plugin is messing with our templates HTML output. That’s why you can’t see it properly. Please try deactivating plugins that might be doing that until you find the culprit.Forum: Reviews

Sorry, that’s really not a 5 minute job 🙁 I’ll add it to my to-do but we have +20 plugins to maintain and doing any kind of custom coding/support comes last after we finish everything else.
