In reply to: [Accelerate] Child Theme Not WorkingFor the sake of completeness, this is what I found after some research:
“The customizer settings will be reset as WordPress treats the Child theme as a separate theme. You can fix it as instructed here: https://docs.themegrill.com/knowledgebase/customizer-settings-lost-after-switching-to-child-theme/”

In reply to: [Accelerate] Child Theme Not WorkingHello,
I do have the same issue here.
How did the matter turn out?
Best regards and thank you in advance

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Change Add to cart button textThank you very much for your reply!
I found a simple solution (I was blind before as it seems).
My products do have custom templates, that are provided by my theme (BeTheme).
I could simply choose the respective template used for single products, click on Add to cart element, and you was able to change the text there.Ok, this is the third time (within this ticket) that you refer to the same article.
And I already told you, that it still doesn´t work. If you search for “cinemare” on https://www.greenfilmnet.org/members/ you get “Sorry, no members were found.”
I checked that in various browsers, also with incognito mode.
If you search for “cinemare” (no result) and then order by “alphabetical”, you get the correct result.
I think, this should be a very good hint.
And another hint may be, that in the table wp_usermeta there are two entries (for a user, which is shown in the search results) which are missing for “cinemare”, are those 2 relevant?

I did that already some days ago.
“CINEMARE” is already in the members list (https://www.greenfilmnet.org/members/).
But if you search for “cinemare” you get “Sorry, no members were found.”

fyi
Festival name = CINEMARE International Ocean Film Festival Kiel (see https://pasteboard.co/mSRJ3PpUeO5M.jpg)
and when you go to https://www.greenfilmnet.org/members
and then search for “cinemare”, there is no resultIf you click on order by “Alphabetical” then you get the member as search result.
Why not before?

In reply to: [User Role Editor] Hide Buddypress “Profile Fields” menu entryAnd a follow-up question: how do I delete a capability, that I added by myself? It is not in the list of capabilities to delete.
would you pls. search for “cinemare”
like you can see from my screenshot: https://pasteboard.co/DiLyoowBd9eC.jpg
this is the member, that is not found

in the screenshot you attached one can see that the search was for “cinemambiente”
you have to search for “cinemare”
Hi
I already deactivated the BP Profile Search plugin.
And when you go to https://www.greenfilmnet.org/members/ you can find the member “CINEMARE” in the members list.
If you search for “cinemare” you get “Sorry, no members were found.”
https://pasteboard.co/DiLyoowBd9eC.jpg
(interestingly, searching for “cinemare” will have a result in case you are logged in)
If you seach for “cinemambiente” for example (is a different member), there is a result.
Best regards, Markus
(what I noticed: if you search for “cinemare” you get “Sorry, no members were found.” But if you then click on Order by: Alphabetical, you will see the correct search result.

It fixes the issue somehow, but not really.
I used the third method, both snippets.
So now the users are all there, and it counts 37 members (instead of 29 without the second snippet).First problem: with every new user I have to do this procedure again, in case he does not login.
Second problem: search still doesn´t find those users, that haven´t been displayed before (“Sorry, no members were found.”)
And, as a third point: I logged in with those users accounts (that I didn´t find in the list – before I did the trick with the snippets). And they still didn´t show up in the list and the member count still didn´t change.
And one additional question:
Which field in the database is relevant?
Is it last_activity or wfls-last-login in table wp_usermeta?- This reply was modified 3 years, 10 months ago by webmark487.

I see.
There is a member search section supplied by BP Profile Search plugin for example on that page. How did it get there?
https://pasteboard.co/DqZ4mxmeQxzK.jpg
And how can I control that only certain members are displayed?
Or that some (for example admin users) are not being displayed?
I didn´t find such possibility within the options “Members Directory Settings”.Best regards, Markus
It helped and I´m happy about it! 🙂
