Yes, formatting tools are not available in the plugin. Alternatively the plugin accepts html tags, so use them to have highlights you are looking for.

Please, check the Lightbox Options of the plugin and make sure the Loop content option is activated.
It will loop all of the images inside the Lightbox.Thanks
