We did some testing on a few test sites and we were not able to replicate/reproduce this issue. It is probably some other configuration that is causing the conflict. Can you please shoot us an e-mail at [email protected] and mention this thread so our engineers can try and troubleshoot?

Hi there, can you please see the “Opt-in Funnel Report” in our web console, specifically the datapoint called “Transferred to Webpushr”. Please make sure to select the appropriate time window for this report – starting from the date when you started Webpushr integration. In reply to: [Web Push Notifications - Webpushr] UNDEFINED – Notification errorWe just responded back to your e-mail. You have installed a PWA plugin that is creating conflict with our plugin. Keep in mind that only one service worker file can be activated per domain and since your PWA plugin is also attempting to register a service worker file, it is causing conflict.

the graph and the active user count only shows users that our platform can successfully send push notifications to. Such a large delta is not normal unless:
1- You collected the 19 subscribers over a period of time and sent them your first push notification three days ago. Subscription endpoints become invalid for a multitude of reasons including but not limited to: when a user clears history, if a user actively unsubscribes, if a user does not visit your site for sometime.
2- You have more than one push plugin installed and active on your site. Forexample, if you have both Webpushr and a different push vendor active on your site, it can create conflict where neither will function properly.Hope this helps.

In reply to: [Web Push Notifications - Webpushr] Repeating notificationsHi there, this will only happen if you are browsing in incognito mode where your browser is designed to “forget” your prior actions. Please try using a standard chrome instance to test.
We have fixed this issue and published a new version of our plugin. Can you please update our plugin and let us know if the issue persists.
