Thank you for using Webpushr. We keep a very close eye on the total delivery metrics (Successfully sent, Delivered, Clicked, Closed) at an aggregate level and we see no variation at this time. All systems are fully functional at this time. It is most likely a local issue to your site. This usually happens when there is, or has been in the past, a service worker conflict on the site: when more than one plugin are trying to activate a service worker. We recommend that you try to subscribe on your site using multiple devices to see if you are able to subscribe and receive push notifications. For more personalized support including the option to speak to one of our engineers, please e-mail us at [email protected]. We’d also be happy to look at your site to make sure there are no service worker conflicts.

We deprecated the repeat feature about 6 months ago because no one was using it and it was getting expensive to scale it. The Welcome Drip feature is also one of those features where the usage rate, we suspect, will be low compared to its contribution to cost/complexity. It is therefore pretty much at the bottom of the list. Thoughts?

Thank you for using Webpushr. While our team investigates this further, can you please help us with the following:
Please go to Webpushr Plugin’s Configuration Page. Inside “WooCommerce Settings”, please check the value for the following two:
1- “Enable Abandoned Cart Notification”. Please tell us if it is checked or unchecked.
2- The last setting of “Send Push Notification After”, does it show any value in hours, like 6 hours?Please check the “Enable Abandoned Cart Notification” setting on the top, and please enter a value in hours for “Send Push Notification After” and then SAVE this form please. Let us know if you still see this error after you’ve SAVED the form.

Yes, can you please exclude the following service worker files as well:
webpushr-sw.js.php
webpushr-sw.jsPlease enable welcome push and make sure you are able to receive it once you subscribe. This is a quick litmus test to verify successful integration.

To be honest, we have not done any testing with Redis or WP Fastest Cache specifically. Having said that, our plugin should be compatible with all types of webpage cache solutions out there. @piska suggested correctly. Can you please clear your site’s cache? Usually cache takes a while to refresh and you can fasten this by manually clearing your site’s cache. If you removed our plugin, all code should be gone automatically. If the issue persists, please write to us at [email protected]
