In reply to: [The Events Calendar] How to Remove Feature Image from top of event@tabyfaye: check out the Themer’s Guide which explains this in more detail.
We’re happy to point people in the right direction if we can, but one-on-one support for making customizations like this one realistically isn’t something we can offer here on the free support forum, I hope that is understandable.
Thanks – and good luck!

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Venue SpacingRight, but this isn’t something that happens on all themes – so I’m basically interested at this point in figuring out if it is due to the stylesheets added by your theme, for instance, or if it might be the result of running another plugin, etc.
On the other hand if you already know this is due to rules in your theme I’m afraid we’d need to leave it to you to figure out a solution – but we do have these useful resources that can provide a lot of helpful information to guide you along the way:
Beyond that we just don’t have enough resources to offer up fixes for every theme that’s out there, especially here on the free support forum.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Create Outlook/ics RemindersWe do have iCal support and Google Calendar support – some functionality like this however belongs in the PRO plugin.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] 404 when selecting page slugOK. And in addition to disabling other plugins did you also switch to a default, unmodified theme (but at the same time)? Did that help at all?

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Display list view for mobile devicesAnyone have a chance to look at this? Help would be greatly appreciated.
Typically we only visit this forum once each week on Wednesdays, but at busy times we may not be able to do even that or may not have time to respond to each thread. Please understand we are very busy, have lots of customers to support and that both the support we offer here – and the plugin we are supporting – is free!
Within the views/month.php file I’m using wp_is_mobile, and it seems to work in the sense that, on mobiles, it shows the list view, but the content of the list is for December 2014 events.
Well, I’m afraid it’s really rather difficult to say – all we know is you are using that one particular function somewhere in the template and that just isn’t enough to go on.
It’s awesome to see neat ideas like this being put together but, ultimately, we need to leave it to you to iron out the details. We do have the following resources which may be helpful, though:

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Month View doesn't fit on iPhoneYou’d need to add responsive CSS rules 🙂
We do plan to introduce a plugin facilitating this – stay tuned for updates – but at this time you would need to devise a custom solution for which the following resources may be helpful:
There’s certainly a problem on our demo site due to a Javascript issue and we hope to resolve that soon.
Are you experiencing the very same thing on your own site? If so, can you confirm which version of The Events Calendar you are using and if the problem persists with no other plugins and only a default theme running?
Thanks!

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] The Events Calendar Clashing with Custom Post TypesIf it’s a conflict with custom code/another plugin with an event-type post type I don’t think we’re going to be able to offer too much help here on the free support forum and would have to leave it to you to figure things out.
For example, if you create a new page and give it a custom post type of “Events” and then add it into the Events Calendar, it works.
I’m not actually clear as to what you are describing here, but it sounds like a rather atypical way of doing things. Do you find you have any problems with just our plugin and a default theme?

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Month View page missing Background imageI’m afraid we can’t help in terms of integrating with other plugins such as this background manager, but would encourage you to use the following resources when researching possible solutions:

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Events as an articleWe do have an option to pull events into the main blog loop (look in the Events → Settings admin page) which may help 🙂

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Past events not showing on calendarThank you! However, with that being said, it was something with the plugin and not my theme causing the problem. I have thought that some of the other issues I am having with the plugin were theme related and not plugin related…but now I’m not sure.
Quite possibly both – with many themes and plugins stacked together we ultimately have a complex beast on our hands.
Here on the free support forum, ultimately we have to come back to asking if there is a problem under default conditions (ie no other plugins or themes running). If there is we can certainly investigate further. Even if there isn’t and there is clear evidence of a bug on our side we are happy to investigate, but I’m not entirely sure that is the case at this point.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Direct to Page CodeThere is no built in way of doing this at this time, I’m afraid.
We are working on and hope to introduce a plugin to improve responsive support shortly 🙂
