If the outstanding balance is negative, send the vendor an instruction or email that they need to pay it, by purchasing a specific product (for which you configure a negative commission rule, e.g. -100% commission so that the purchase automatically clears the balance.) * -> If the balance is below a certain threshold, i.e. more than $100 owed, move the vendor to an inactive group so they can no longer sell. * This requires a bit of custom work I’m afraid as indeed MarketKing does not currently have an automatic system for it.
