Thank you.
I changed it in the header.php and it worked. Although it messed up other things. But I’ll be able to change those myself.
I had no wrapper in the header file so I added an extra </div> at the end.

That still doesn’t give me an idea to why the archive-page is distorted. I think that my archive.php looks fine as well.

I’m quite aware of that. I have both. And since the posts show but the page is distorted I come to the conclusion that it’s the archives (with the s).php that is wrong and not the archive.php.
