    Thank you so much @wpmudevsupport13 … after creating a backup of the site, then Deactivating WP Rocket plugin and clicking Purge SG Cache in WordPress Admin, I then went to my phone, opened a new browser, pulled up the site, and sure enough the nav menu now opens when clicking the menu button!!

    I cannot believe it was that easy of a fix. I no longer have access to the original developers of this site, and am the business owner who thankfully has enough of a tech/app/website background to be dangerous, so I am beyond grateful for this forum and for your help. Thank you! I hope you are doing well too and create yourself a fantastic day.

    Thank you Steven. Actually much of the content will remain the same- the site will continue to be a gateway for people looking for various wellness services.

    However I will seek out a Google SEO forum for further discussion.
