I saw your link and based on that I enabled REST API. I use Solid Security plugin. I still have the same issue.
Everything in the plugin is working fine except the image optimization feature, it says: Image pull process failure: Failed to pull image [url]
Edit: I know the problem is not the security plugin because I deactivated it and tested and still had the same problem
