Would it be possible for you to go to Tools > Site Health > Info, click the ‘Copy site info to clipboard’ and post it here?

What version of WPBakery Page Builder are you using? I have it installed as well but it looks totally different for me and I’m not seeing the same options as in your screenshot.

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble. Can you please clarify a bit more what you mean? Which are the duplicate categories you’re referring to? If you deactivate Wicked Folders does the problem go away?

That’s strange, they should be sorted alphabetically. If you refresh the screen, does that make a difference? Are you using any sort of custom term ordering plugin (such as the Category Order and Taxonomy Terms Order plugin) that could be impacting the order?
By the way, if you wanted to move 2020 to the top, you could use the above plugin to do that.

Based on your description of the issue, I believe I may have found the issue. It’s a bit of a shot in the dark as I wasn’t able to reproduce the problem on my end but, in looking at the code changes, I saw one change that I think could possibly explain your issue.
We’ve gone ahead and updated the plugin with a fix that I’m hoping will solve the problem for you. Would you be willing to try updating to 2.16.1 to see if the issue is resolved?

We’ve tried to reproduce the issue on our end but so far haven’t had any luck. Can you give me a little more info?
What do you see when you visit the Pages screen now? Is the folder pane there on the left but with no folders? Are there any errors at the bottom of the page or in the browser’s error console? If you change the admin URL to
wp-admin/edit-tags.php?taxonomy=wf_page_folders, do you see your folders listed there?Hi @thoughtsociety,
Yes, the folder structure is saved and you can safely deactivate the plugin and reactivate it later and the folders will still be there.

You can actually modify the taxonomy arguments using the WordPress
register_taxonomy_argsfilter. That should allow you to alter the arguments as needed.Hope this helps and thanks for the kind words on the plugin!
