Thank you very much for the review @andyliao!
Hi @snowliondev,
Thanks for bringing this to our attention. This appears to be caused by Beaver Builder deregistering a built-in WordPress script (jquery-ui-sortable) and calling the wp_enqueue_media function before Beaver Builder has replaced the script with its own version. Since Wicked Folders relies on that script, the missing script prevents our plugin from loading.
I’ve added a work-around for this and the folders should now be showing up again in the media modal when using Beaver Builder after updating to Wicked Folders Pro 2.23.15.
I hope this helps!
Thanks so much for the review @gavin310!
Awesome, thank you for addressing this!
Thanks for letting me know. Glad you were able to get it fixed!
Thanks for checking. Here are a few other things to try:
- Install this plugin, delete all transients, and see if that changes anything
- If it doesn’t, go to the Pages screen, right click, choose View Page Source, scroll to the very bottom, and take a screenshot of as much of the code as possible (I’m curious to see if the output is getting interrupted before the closing body tag)
- It might also be worth it to install the Query Monitor plugin and see if it detects any errors on that screen. If so, can you send them to me?
Let me know what you find out.
Hi @snowliondev,
Thanks for the additional info. Can you try going to Settings > Wicked Folders and disabling dynamic folders for all post types to see if that makes a difference?
Thank you. Based on the screenshot, it doesn’t appear to be a JavaScript issue in this case.
Would it be possible for you to temporarily deactivate all other plugins to see if the issue goes away and rule out a plugin conflict?
Hi @snowliondev,
Can you please try opening the browser’s developer tools (normally F12), clicking on the Console tab, reloading the page, and taking a screenshot of any errors that appear? If there are any errors, can you also click on the line with the error, then click on the Response tab, and take a screenshot of that as well?
You can either post links to the screenshots here or submit them via our contact form.
Hi @undarktaker,
I’m marking this as resolved since I never heard back from you but, if you still need help, feel free to let us know and I’ll be happy to assist.
Thank you so much for the five star review!
Great! I’m going to mark this as resolved but if you have other questions, just let me know.
Hi Jonroy,
Sorry that isn’t more clear. Here is an example. Imagine you have a query string named “action” that looks something like this:
https://example.com/?action=show_confirmationTo show a block when the action query parameter equals “show_confirmation”, you’d add a query string condition and enter “action” in the Parameter field and “show_confirmation” in the Value field.
Does this help/make sense?
Hi @undarktaker,
Based on the details you provided, it appears that something is blocking the request (my guess would be a security plugin or firewall). Have you made any changes recently that could be impacting it?
The first thing I’d probably try is temporarily deactivating all other plugins to see if the issue goes away. If it does, I’d try re-activating them a handful-at-a-time until the issue returns to isolate which plugin is causing the conflict.
Let me know what you find out.
Thank you for the positive review!
