 * Hi [@sergiomurcia](https://wordpress.org/support/users/sergiomurcia/),
 * Thank you for your response.
 * Actually, it’s not enabled, you can check this yourself via the following URL:
 *     ```wp-block-code
       https://maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/place/details/json?placeid=ChIJkx7Emh6CYw0RwKFdU0ehnYo&key=[YOUR_GOOGLE_API_KEY]
       ```
 * It returns the error: **“error_message” : “You must enable Billing on the Google
   Cloud Project at…**
 * Most often, this error appears when the user enables billing for a project other
   than the one in Google Console where the API key was originally created.
 * If the project is correct and you can find your API key there, try enabling billing
   again. If this time it doesn’t work, we recommend contacting Google support,
   as the problem is clearly on their side.
 * Please let us know if you have any information about this issue.
 * Thanks!
 * Hi [@sergiomurcia](https://wordpress.org/support/users/sergiomurcia/),
 * Thank you for your response.
 * It seems the billing is not really enabled in Google Console. To check that,
   please send debug information from the page in wp-admin **Google Reviews / Support/
   Advance Options**, please scroll down and click ‘**Copy Debug Information**‘,
   then paste it here via pastebin service.
 * Also, you can try to remove your own Google API key and connect in case you haven’t
   connected any place yet.
 * Thanks!
 * Hi [@sergiomurcia](https://wordpress.org/support/users/sergiomurcia/),
 * Thank you for your topic!
 * Please try to turn on the old Places API on the page in wp-admin **Google Reviews/
   Support / Advance Options** tab, the option ‘**Use old Places API**‘. After that
   reconnect your Google place again and let us know to check.
 * Thanks!
 * Hi [@general_b](https://wordpress.org/support/users/general_b/),
 * Thank you for your question.
 * Sorry, it’s not supported. Unfortunately, Google charges a large fee for each
   connected location and it would be very expensive to do such an integration.
 * Also, each place you need to find and connect manually, there’s no bulk search
   API. However even if there is, again it’s a lot of money.
 * Thanks!
 * Hi [@1zooza](https://wordpress.org/support/users/1zooza/),
 * Thank you for your topic.
 * Yes, we understand. Manual update works only if you save your own Google API
   key in the Settings.
 * Thanks!
 * Hi [@1zooza](https://wordpress.org/support/users/1zooza/),
 * Thank you for your topic.
 * To make the reviews automatically updated, please create your own Google API
   key. Extremely detailed manual is placed on the page in wp-admin: **Google Reviews/
   Support / Full Installation Guide**, after creating you need to save it on the**
   Settings **page and reviews should be updated in 24 hours.
 * Thanks!
 * Hi [@espressivo](https://wordpress.org/support/users/espressivo/),
 * Thank you for your response.
 * This issue is most likely caused by another caching plugin or cache functionality
   on your site. As you can see in the screenshot below, the** widget-google-reviews**
   plugin’s folder does not contain the correct JavaScript (JS) assets from the
   current version 5.7.1. Instead, an outdated cached JS file from version 5.2 is
   being loaded from the **al_opt_content **folder. This indicates that an additional
   plugin or custom code is interfering with the normal operation of the Google
   Reviews plugin and causing it to load the outdated version.
 * We recommend contacting your developers or the team responsible for your website
   setup, as they should be able to resolve this quickly, because the issue is not
   in the plugin as we show on the screenshot.
 * If you have any more details or need further assistance, please feel free to
   let us know.
 * Thanks!
 * Hi [@galbaras](https://wordpress.org/support/users/galbaras/),
 * Thank you for your question.
 * Migration is not necessary because both API responses are converted into the
   same reviews when connected in the plugin. The checkbox for the old Places API
   is needed for API keys where the owner has not enabled the new API (in Google
   Console).
 * Additionally, the old Places API offers two sorting methods (recent and newest),
   and the plugin uses both when connecting reviews, while only the “newest” method
   is used when refreshing. This allows the plugin to display more reviews compared
   to the new API.
 * Thanks!
 * Hi [@kraai](https://wordpress.org/support/users/kraai/),
 * Thank you for your response!
 * We just made a minor version 5.7.1 and duplicate this option to the Advance tab,
   could you update and check? It’s at the bottom of Advance tab, you need to scroll
   down.
 * Please let us know how it goes.
 * Thanks!
