In reply to: [WooCommerce] What is your issue guysI just sent that this time with the report although I am unsure why I need to submit a system report when asking for a refund. I already submitted the system report on my initial request when I was having issues with the software. It’s when I replied asking for a refund things went silent. Again, I still haven’t received a receipt for the support ticket (waited an hour) and again I have checked my spam and junk boxes.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] What is your issue guysEven when I got a reply from CodeInept on the 16th I actually never received a initial acknowledgment of the lodged ticket number which was 4 days previous or was there a ticket number on the reply from them. I checked my spam and junk box and there is nothing there either. Lodging tickets via your WooCommerce site and it says its been handled by Codeinept.
