On a typical WordPress install with a good web hosting provider, all you need to do is add /login/ or /admin/ to the end of your site URL.
For example: http://www.example.com/admin/
http://www.example.com/login/
Both of these URLs will redirect you to the WordPress login page. If for some reason, your WordPress login URL is not working properly, then you can easily access the WordPress login page by going to this URL:
http://www.example.com/wp-login.php
