In your site I do not see the plugin installed. Did you remove it?
If you have it configured with 3CX channel, can you please verify that the URL of your website is configured on 3CX Management Console ?

What I can see from my browser console is that there is a CORS error. It means that you did not configure correctly on Management Console – Messaging the URL of your website.

This option is not in our immediate plans.
More features are coming in the future that will add also in the style branding, but not the option of fully customizing the CSS.

This is not possible on our plugin. Customizations available are the ones that are exposed via the configuration of the plugin.

As you can understand this post is not related to the plugin, but with the WordPress installation/configuration.
From our point of view we cannot provide you any further help on this one.

As soon as resolve those and assure that the PBX is reachable over the internet and you do not have any SSL problems, we can give it a check again.

Can you please check your Browser Console as there are a number of errors in the website.
On desktop browser also I see that it is not loading properly.
